About Us

GF Life was created and developed by two life long Irish Coeliacs who, from their own experiences, understand and appreciate, the desire of Irish Coeliacs for a cohesive and comprehensive resource of information relating to living the Gluten Free lifestyle.

The Inspiration

While on a short visit to London it came to our attention, by chance, that there was a vast range of Gluten Free food items available in the UK many of which we had not encountered before. As a result we decided to explore the range and availability of Gluten Free products and services in the UK and other International markets.

Following months of extensive research of the International Gluten Free realm we recognized a ‘gap’ in Ireland for a knowledge based resource for the Gluten Free community.

Seeking to fulfill that 'gap' we decided to look to traditional and modern technologies to create and drive a focused resource.

The result is GF Life magazine and its counterpart the GF Living website. Both of these resources have been created to bridge the knowledge 'gap'.

With our background and experiences in the technology industry, we have designed GF Life magazine and GF Living website to utilize some of the most advanced technologies available.
